Definitions

For the purposes of these Terms and Conditions, the following definitions shall apply:

• "aa45" or "the Platform" refers to the online gaming platform operated at https://aa45.one, including all games, services, features, and content made available thereon.
• "Player" or "You" refers to any individual who accesses, registers on, or uses the aa45 platform in any capacity.
• "Account" refers to the registered user account created by a Player upon successful completion of the aa45 registration process.

Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the aa45 platform, creating an Account, or placing any Wager, you unconditionally accept and agree to be legally bound by these Terms and Conditions in their entirety, together with any additional rules, policies, and guidelines published on the aa45 platform from time to time, including but not limited to the aa45 Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms and Conditions, you must immediately cease using the aa45 platform and, if applicable, close your Account. Continued use of the platform following any amendment to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

aa45 reserves the right to modify, update, or replace any part of these Terms at any time and at its sole discretion. Eligibility

Access to and use of the aa45 platform is subject to the following eligibility requirements, all of which must be satisfied at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout your use of the platform:

• Age: You must be at least twenty-one (21) years of age. This requirement is non-negotiable and reflects the minimum legal age for participation in casino-style gaming activities in the Philippines. aa45 employs age verification procedures and reserves the right to request documentary proof of age at any time.
• Legal Capacity: You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.
• Residency and Jurisdiction: You must be accessing the platform from a jurisdiction in which online gaming is not prohibited by applicable law. It is your sole responsibility to determine whether your use of aa45 is lawful in your jurisdiction.
• Not a Restricted Person: You must not be a person who has been excluded from gaming activities by aa45 or by any applicable regulatory authority, nor a person who has voluntarily self-excluded from the platform.
• Not an aa45 Employee: Employees, contractors, agents, and immediate family members of aa45 and its affiliated entities are not permitted to hold Player Accounts or participate in real-money gaming on the platform.

Account Registration

To access real-money gaming features on aa45, you must complete the registration process and create an Account. By registering, you represent and warrant that all information provided during registration is accurate, complete, and current. You agree to promptly update your Account information if any details change.

Each individual is permitted to hold only one (1) Account on the aa45 platform. The creation of multiple Accounts by a single individual — whether under the same or different names, email addresses, or payment methods — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

• You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account login credentials, including your username and password.
• You must not share your Account credentials with any third party or permit any other person to access or use your Account.
• You agree to notify aa45 immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorized access to or use of your Account.
• aa45 shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain the security of your Account credentials.
• aa45 reserves the right to refuse registration or to close any Account at its sole discretion, including where it suspects that the eligibility requirements set out in Section 3 have not been met.

Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on the aa45 platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (₱). aa45 supports deposits and withdrawals via GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, and Metrobank. aa45 reserves the right to add, modify, or remove supported payment methods at any time without prior notice.

Deposits: Deposits are credited to your Account Balance upon confirmation of receipt by aa45's payment processing systems. aa45 does not charge fees on deposits; however, your payment provider may apply its own transaction fees, for which aa45 accepts no responsibility.

Withdrawals: Withdrawal requests are subject to the following conditions:

• Your Account must have completed KYC verification before any withdrawal can be processed.
• Withdrawals may only be made to a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party withdrawals are strictly prohibited.
• Any active Bonus Funds and associated wagering requirements must be resolved before the corresponding portion of your Balance becomes eligible for withdrawal.
• aa45 reserves the right to conduct additional security checks on withdrawal requests, which may result in processing delays.
• aa45 reserves the right to reverse a withdrawal request and return funds to your Account Balance if the request cannot be completed for any reason, including but not limited to failed verification or suspected fraudulent activity.

aa45 will endeavor to process approved withdrawal requests promptly. Processing times may vary depending on the payment method selected and the outcome of any applicable security review. aa45 accepts no liability for delays caused by third-party payment processors or banking institutions.

Bonuses & Promotions

aa45 may from time to time offer bonuses, free spins, cashback promotions, reload offers, and other incentives to registered Players. All such offers are subject to the specific terms and conditions published alongside each promotion, which are incorporated into and form part of these Terms and Conditions.

General bonus terms applicable to all aa45 promotions unless otherwise stated include the following:

• Bonuses are available to eligible Players only and may be subject to geographic, account status, or deposit method restrictions.
• Each promotion is subject to a specified wagering requirement that must be completed before any bonus-derived winnings may be withdrawn.
• Bonus Funds and any winnings generated from Bonus Funds will be forfeited if a withdrawal is requested before the applicable wagering requirement has been met, unless the promotion terms expressly state otherwise.

• Bonuses may not be transferred between Accounts or exchanged for cash except as expressly permitted by the applicable promotion terms.

Gameplay Rules

All games available on the aa45 platform are governed by individual game rules, which are accessible within each game interface. Players are responsible for familiarizing themselves with the rules of any game before placing a Wager. aa45 accepts no responsibility for losses arising from a Player's failure to understand the rules of a game.

aa45 uses certified random number generator (RNG) technology for all applicable games to ensure that game outcomes are statistically random and fair. Live dealer games are conducted by trained dealers in real time and are subject to the rules displayed within the live game interface.

• All Wagers placed on aa45 are final once confirmed. aa45 does not accept requests to cancel or reverse confirmed Wagers except in cases of a verified technical error.

Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the aa45 platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate Account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of Balance, and referral to the relevant Philippine authorities:

• Registering more than one Account, or registering an Account on behalf of another person.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or KYC verification.
• Using the platform if you are under 21 years of age.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other artificial means to interact with the platform or gain an unfair advantage in any game.
• Engaging in collusion with other Players or with aa45 staff to manipulate game outcomes.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or errors to gain an unfair advantage. Any winnings derived from such exploitation will be voided.
• Using the platform for any money laundering, fraud, or other illegal financial activity.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise tamper with any part of the aa45 platform or its underlying software.
• Engaging in any conduct that disrupts, damages, or impairs the normal operation of the aa45 platform or the experience of other Players.

Intellectual Property

All content on the aa45 platform — including but not limited to software, game content, graphics, logos, trademarks, text, audio, video, and the overall design and layout of the platform — is the exclusive property of aa45 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the aa45 platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. This license does not include any right to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any content from the aa45 platform without prior written consent.
• Modify, adapt, translate, or create derivative works based on any aa45 content.

Any unauthorized use of aa45's intellectual property is strictly prohibited and may give rise to legal action. All rights not expressly granted in these Terms are reserved by aa45.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, aa45 and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the aa45 platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of winnings, profits, or revenue.
• Loss of data or Account information.
• Interruption or unavailability of the platform due to technical issues, maintenance, or circumstances beyond aa45's reasonable control.
• Unauthorized access to your Account resulting from your failure to maintain the security of your login credentials.
• Any errors, inaccuracies, or omissions in game content or platform information.

aa45's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your Account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Privacy & Data

• aa45 suspects fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activity in connection with your Account.
• You have failed to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe.
• aa45 is required to do so by applicable law, regulation, or order of a competent authority.
• You have requested self-exclusion or a cooling-off period.

Upon termination of your Account, aa45 will process any verified Balance remaining in your Account in accordance with its standard withdrawal procedures, subject to the completion of any outstanding KYC requirements and the resolution of any pending investigations. Bonus Funds and any winnings derived solely from Bonus Funds will be forfeited upon Account closure.

You may close your Account at any time by contacting aa45 customer support. Voluntary Account closure does not affect any rights or obligations that have accrued prior to the date of closure.

Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms and Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter or formation shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

In the event of any dispute between you and aa45 arising from or in connection with these Terms or your use of the platform, the parties agree to first attempt to resolve the dispute through good-faith negotiation. If a dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation within thirty (30) days of the initial complaint, either party may submit the dispute to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Republic of the Philippines.
